About this event
One of 352 upcoming events at Chappaqua Library, and 2,641 across the Hudson Valley.
Join local artist and children's book creator Mara Van Fleet, along with Chappaqua Garden Club members, for a festive fall event. Kids will create flower arrangements inspired by Mara Van Fleet's vibrant paintings. Award-winning floral experts Karen Scharf will teach kids techniques to create beautiful arrangements. The arrangements will be displayed at a reception right after the program. The floral workshop will be held from 4-5pm. A reception (cheese and crackers and beverages) will follow at 5pm (family members and friends encouraged to attend). Junior Garden Club leader Karen Bazik will be on hand to help. Please sign up with your child's name below. For 4th to 8th Grade- please register by November 17 so we can plan enough supplies.
