About this event

On Daisy

One of 351 upcoming events at Chappaqua Library, and 2,786 across the Hudson Valley.

From Chappaqua Library

All are welcome to join the small group that meets on most Thursdays, whether you are far along on the path to recovery, or just beginning the journey. The group will participate in a guided meditation, listen to a reading, and then have an opportunity to choose to engage in a reflective discussion. Facilitator Facilitator Raj S. has a CASAC-T certification, and has been leading recovery groups for the past 3 years. His approach to coaching and counseling is informed with kindness and understanding and empowers people to harness the agency within themselves to lead with empathy and compassion. All Walk-Ins are Welcome. No Registration is Necessary.
