Join Short Stack, a book club for readers who want big ideas in bite-sized books under 200 pages. This month's pick is Small Things Like These By Claire Keegan. Copies will be available at circulation three weeks before the discussion. Book group leader Gabrielle Esposito holds a degree in Creative Writing from SUNY Geneseo. Her short stories have appeared in multiple publications. Notably, her story “The Way Home” was a prize winner in the 2023 Doro Boehme Fiction Editors’ Prize and was nominated for the 2024 Best American Short Stories anthology. In addition to her writing, Gabrielle is a Library Director based in the Hudson Valley region of New York.
