Charleston School of Law’s Professionalism Series continues Thursday, October 15, at the Charleston Museum Auditorium, with special guest speaker Dr. Heather Pruss from Bellarmine University. Dr. Pruss will speak on “Implicit Bias in the Courtroom.” She has spoken nationally about issues surrounding bias and jury selection and primarily works on capital death penalty cases. Students will receive cross-cultural competency credit for attendance. The event begins at 12 p.m. and is co-sponsored by Student Affairs, C.A.R.E., and the Black Law Student Association.
