WAITLIST REGISTRATION The Charleston Symphony & the Gaillard Center presents LINK UP: The Orchestra Sings! April 21 & 22, 2026 at 11:00am Charleston Gaillard Center  $5 ticket / Free for Title I In partnership with Carnegie Hall and the Gaillard Center, the Charleston Symphony presents Link Up: The Orchestra Sings! a music education program and concert for students in grades 3-5 on April 21 & 22, 2026 at the Gaillard Center. The nearly 3,000 Lowcountry students participating in this program will study the curriculum in class and then attend a highly engaging culminating concert where they sing and play recorders with the orchestra from their seats. This concert sells out each season with students from 25 schools attending this rich musical experience. All registered teachers participate in a district-accredited professional development workshop to dive into the Orchestra Sings curriculum!   The Orchestra Sings! program includes: LINK UP resources for students LINK UP curriculum guide for teachers, featuring lessons on singing, playing the recording, reading and annotating music, and composing and improvising Professional development session for participating teachers Access to Carnegie Hall’s online resource center with additional lessons & resources The Orchestra Sings! concert repertoire: Cabaniss: Come to Play Dvorak: New World Symphony Beethoven: Ode to Joy Papoulis: Oye Stravinsky: Finale from The Firebird Suite Esmail: Ram Tori Maya Traditional arr.
