Adults and Teens of all abilities and disabilities gather every (most) Thursdays for dance, art, games, and more. We are an inclusive community of friends who enjoy a diversity of art forms, activities, and fun socializing together. DANCE: and move your body’s way that is natural for you with both form and freedom. We explore a variety of guided dance form and choreography as well as freedance co-created by participants. Dance styles vary from pop, hip hop, jazz, lyrical, modern to whatever style inspires the group. Express yourself through dance and music! ART: We do ‘easy’ basic art right now, with plans to create more robust art as we gather art supplies and find a volunteer art leader. OTHER ACTIVITIES: We enjoy board games, horticulture/gardening, music, bowling, field trips, theatre arts, and Special Olympics spring games. CAREGIVERS are asked to stay. This co-op group is a community collective of friends with volunteer dance and art leaders.
