Zumba Fitness Class

Zumba Fitness is a dance inspired, instructor led fitness class that feels like a party on the dance floor. Move and groove to international and latin rhythms from around the world while learning new dance steps in the process. Start off with feet, add arms, then start follow the pattern shown through non-verbal direction at the front of the class. Tanja has been teaching Zumba fitness classes since 2012 in and around Chatham County. She also teaches Zumba Gold classes for those who need a little less intensity, have balance issues or injuries, and still want to party, but in a safe environment. Classes are weekly.
