About this event
One of 246 upcoming events at Chautauqua Institution.
The Revivalists return to the road with the same electrifying swirl of indie rock, soul, folk and groove-driven musicianship that has made the band a festival favorite and one of the most compelling live acts touring today. Formed in New Orleans and known for powerful, high-energy performances and emotionally charged songwriting, the multi-platinum group has spent nearly two decades building a sound that feels both expansive and deeply lived-in — the kind of music made for a summer night at Chautauqua. The band’s forthcoming album, Get It Honest, marks its first full-length release in more than three years and finds The Revivalists leaning into themes of perseverance, grace and facing the future with clarity and conviction. Led by the anthemic single “Heart Stop,” the album showcases the band’s signature intensity while revealing a more mature and magnetic side of its songwriting. Anchored by soaring vocals, tangled guitars, powerful drums, rich harmonies and the energy of an eight-piece lineup, The Revivalists create the kind of concert experience that grows from deeply personal moments into full-on celebration. It’s music rooted in connection, honesty and the joy of gathering together. The Revivalists have partnered with PLUS1 so $1 per ticket goes to Rev Causes, a fund that supports the essential work of organizations dedicated to reviving and investing in our communities, our health, and our environment. By allocating a portion of our ticket sales, and through fan donations and a variety of fundraising efforts, we aim to assist these exciting organizations in building a better future.
