What Students Will Learn In our Intermediate Painting Class, students will expand on the fundamentals they learned in beginner sessions. Every class includes step-by-step instruction from our talented artist instructors, but students are also encouraged to develop their own artistic style. Skills and techniques covered include: Using a variety of canvas sizes and surfaces Learning more advanced brush techniques and blending methods Exploring color theory and shading to add depth to paintings Working from reference images to build observation and creativity Gaining confidence in designing their own art projects Our approach is highly personalized.
