Learn all about this fascinating bivalve! This class includes an instruction on processing and preparing live geoducks. Our chefs will then prepare them in a variety of dishes to enjoy with wine parings. Seats are limited to keep the experience intimate and interactive. The cost is $75 per person, with a $25 deposit that will go toward your final tab.
