Second Course: Appetizer Larrikin Single Barrel Bourbon, served neat Braised Short Rib Ravioli: House-made pasta filled with bourbon-braised short rib, sweet corn purée, charred scallion, brown butter, and crispy sage. Third Course: Salad Rosewater Bourbon Highball Ruby Citrus & Burrata Salad: Baby arugula and spring greens, ruby red grapefruit, burrata, toasted pistachios, shaved radish, grapefruit–champagne vinaigrette. Fourth Course: Entrée Larrikin American Maple Bourbon, served neat Bourbon-Brined Beef Tenderloin: Center-cut filet, maple-pecan bourbon reduction, smoked sea salt.
