Guided Tour: Oystering on the Chesapeake

Public guided tours are offered most weekends and holiday Mondays. All tours require admission with a suggested ticket price of $10 per person and begin at CBMM’s Welcome Center. In this Oystering on the Chesapeake Guided Tour, explore the history of the greatest oyster factory on Earth—the Chesapeake Bay—and how the oyster has shaped the culture, industry, and environment.
