Outdoor School Teen Community Workshop: Birding 101

Ages: Middle School & High School. Birding is a great way to connect with nature and learn about the native wildlife in your very own backyard. This program will teach learners the basics of birding, from proper binocular use to identifying different species. We’ll spend time at the zoo to learn beginner techniques and then take our newly learned skills into the field at Fountain Creek Nature Center. *Transportation to Fountain Creek Nature Center will be provided by Cheyenne Mountain Zoo* Includes daytime admission. Registration is required.
