This free workshop is offered by the City of Kennesaw in partnership with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC). This session is designed for small business owners and decision-makers who want to move beyond day-to-day firefighting and develop a proactive roadmap for growth. Participants will learn how to define their mission, vision, and core values, analyze their business environment, and create actionable strategies that position their company for long-term success.
