Star Party with the Longmont Astronomical Society

· Library Meeting Rooms All ages, children must be attended by an adult Registration is not required This program is in English Join volunteers from the Longmont Astronomical Society at the Longmont Public Library’s first-floor meeting rooms and patio space to view the cosmos. The Longmont Astronomical Society’s volunteers will bring telescopes and there will be telescopes available from the Library’s Library of Things collection. Please be respectful of all of the equipment and supervise children at all times. We recommend that you bring a jacket, a chair and/or blanket, and a red flashlight in order to fully enjoy the experience. Note: This event will be limited to space available in the Library Meeting Rooms and on the Patio. This event is subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to weather.
