Yoga Storytime

· Best for 3-6 year olds and their grown-ups Library Meeting Rooms No registration required This program is in English Enjoy stories, movement, breathing, and mindfulness while building skills in self-regulation, mental and physical health, and early literacy. Limited number of yoga mats provided, please bring your own if you have one. All storytimes require that a dedicated adult caregiver remain in the storytime room; caregiver interaction during storytime is essential for children’s abilities to learn and grow.
