The CHPL Bird Nerds invite you to come see why birding is an incredible way to connect yourself to nature! Whatever your level of nature awareness, or knowledge of birds, you’re welcome to join us. In this introduction, we will learn the who, where, how and why of birding. You will learn some basic birding skills that will allow you to bird anywhere at any time! We’ll learn how to use binoculars, but also ways to find birds without them. A small number of binoculars will be available to borrow or bring your own if you have them.
