We will explore fundamental themes of internal peace, presence under pressure, feeling grounded and connected to your body, and at ease in relation to others - through art. You will leave with a foundational handle on these complex art forms, a set of five memorable experiences in community, and your own customized contemplative practice :) About Hannah’s interactive art practice: In art projects, Hannah Burr develops playful ways to share what is happening in a given situation and to whom, and offers fresh doorways to complexity: from prayer to the chemical elements, to the intimacies of human connection. Join Burr’s workshops as a way to explore Being in the Actual, while learning about the dynamic art forms of interactive art, installation, mark making in its most elemental form, while designing for yourself a meditation practice that is unique to you.
