Executive Functioning Workshop Series – This three-part workshop series explores key executive functioning skills that support success in work, school, and daily life. Participants will learn practical strategies to strengthen impulse control, improve working memory, and increase cognitive flexibility through interactive activities and real-world examples. Each session builds self-awareness and provides tools to enhance focus, adaptability, and decision-making.
