Mills Road Trash Pickup

Join us for a fall trash pickup! We are looking for volunteers to to join us on October 28th from 11:00am – 1:00pm for a trash pickup along Mills Rd. We will meet at the Damariscotta Mills lower lot before heading down the road together. Removing trash from roadsides helps the water quality of surrounding waterbodies, protects wildlife, and helps keep our communities clean. We will provide trash bags, trash pickers, and high-visibility vests. Please bring gloves if you have them, shoes suitable for walking, and wear weather-appropriate clothing. Volunteers of all ages are welcome. After the pickup, we will warm up with some fall-appropriate snacks and drinks! Please signup using the form below. Questions? Email Bell at [email protected]
