Building a Fundable Program Strong funding starts with strong programming. In this session, participants will learn how to design programs that are measurable, strategic, and attractive to funders. The focus will be on building programs that clearly communicate impact, outcomes, and community value. Participants will explore the difference between outputs and outcomes, how to build measurable objectives, and why program structure directly impacts grant success. The session will also cover participant feedback, community engagement, and the importance of building programs with evaluation and reporting in mind from the beginning. Topics include: • program design • goals and objectives • outputs vs outcomes • measurable impact • community need and buy-in • theory of change • reporting readiness Participants will leave with a Program Outline and Outcomes Worksheet that can be used as a foundation for future grant applications and organizational planning.
