Finding the Right Grants and Building a Pipeline Many organizations waste time chasing funding opportunities that are poorly aligned with their mission, structure, or capacity. In this session, participants will learn how to identify the right opportunities, stop reactive grant chasing, and begin building a strategic funding pipeline. Participants will explore how to evaluate funding fit, prioritize opportunities, organize deadlines, and create a repeatable funding system. This class also introduces relationship-based funding strategies and demonstrates how tools like Instrumentl can support long-term funding development. Topics include: identifying aligned grants funding strategy grant prioritization pipeline development relationship-based funding grant tracking systems funding research tools Participants will leave with an Initial Grant Pipeline designed to support consistent and strategic funding efforts.
