Yoga takes place every Wednesday from May 13 to October 28, except August 19 Start your day with a relaxing practice suitable for all ages and fitness levels in the beautiful Enchanted Mesa Garden. Led by Shanti Medina, this nurturing yoga class will help you reconnect with nature and your own body and mind. Yoga mats are available at the lodging office for complimentary use. Participants will meet in the Academic Hall Lobby.
