About this event
One of 24 upcoming events at Columbus Symphony, and 1,170 across Columbus.
In celebration of Haydn’s The Creation, CMA’s Deputy Director for Curatorial Affairs, Katherine Brodbeck, will explore how contemporary artists draw from biblical narratives in order to build rich worlds to envelop the viewer in new perspectives. After her talk, enjoy a live performance by Columbus Symphony Orchestra musicians. Hear Haydn’s full oratorio with the Columbus Symphony Photo: Naudline Pierre, Too Much, Not Enough, 2020. Oil on canvas. On loan from the Scantland Collection.
