Giselle is the story of a young peasant girl who falls in love with a nobleman disguised as a villager. Upon discovering the nobleman’s deceit and engagement to another, Giselle dies of a broken heart-but the story doesn’t end there. This condensed program will be enjoyable for those new to ballet and those who have seen Giselle performed as a full ballet.
