Add to calendar Google Calendar iCalendar Outlook 365 Outlook Live About Join us in an exploration of arts advocacy as we observe and develop our own six thematic sections within the exhibition modeled after the work in Mary Ellen Carroll: How To Talk Dirty and Influence People, to reflect on the power of community voice through the act of letter writing. Led by Ana Castro, CAMH Teen Council member, participants will be given prompts and guided through the process of writing and mailing a letter to current policymakers.This event is FREE to attend and open to all. About Ana Castro Ana Castro is a second-year Teen Council member and a senior at St Agnes Academy. She enjoys attending local concerts, visiting community art spaces, and is passionate about advocacy. About Teen Council Programs CAMH’s Teen Council curates a slate of programs related to exhibitions they curate, current exhibitions at CAMH, and current issues impacting Houston teens. The programs are designed by teens for teens. Past programs have included art markets, exhibitions, fashion shows, film screenings, listening parties, music fests, and poetry slams.
