Come early to enjoy complimentary swag, coffee, and conversation!DJ and live music set by Gio Chamba. Houston-based local community internet radio station, Ice House Radio, will live broadcast the DJ set in partnership with CAMH.Cafe Con Amigos HTX will be hosting a CUMBIAS Y CAFÉ coffee social club from 1-2PM. Complimentary coffee will be provided by Cariño Coffee. Community safety kit making will be hosted by Woori Juntos during this time followed by a Know Your Rights WorkshopAirbrush Brothers Inc. will be onsite with a live airbrush experience, creating custom, one-of-a-kind merch for guests (one item per guest, while supplies last). Inspired by Mario Ayala: Seven Vans, the airbrush designs nod to Mario Ayala’s airbrush technique, echoing the exhibition’s exploration of the customization of lowriders and other cars.
