Join us for October Wine & Dine: An Evening with Mary & Vincent Price, featuring four dishes inspired by Mary and Vincent Price’s 1965 best-selling cookbook, A Treasury of Great Recipes. 🍽️ THE MENU 🧀 Welsh Rarebit Toasted Italian bread topped with Wrexham Lager cheese sauce. 🐟 Captain Fabian’s Salmon in Pastry Salmon filet baked in buttery puff pastry and topped with herb cream sauce. 🥩 Roast Beef with Egghead Yorkshire Pudding Slow-roasted beef with fluffy, crispy Yorkshire pudding, pan gravy, mashed potatoes and roasted root vegetables. 🍰 Raspberry Trifle Rum and sherry-soaked sponge cake layered with pastry cream, raspberry jam and whipped cream.
