Friday, December 11: 6:30pm @ Cora Dance Brooklyn, 177 Dwight St., Suite in Red Hook, Brooklyn Stone Soup Festival Kick-Off Showcase at Cora Dance Brooklyn Cora Dance launches its annual Stone Soup Festival with an evening celebrating community, collaboration, and 30 years of dance. The event features The Crossroads Project with Cora Dance Brooklyn's Cora Youth Company, a revival of Some Nights by Nikki and the Noise, and a special 30 Years of Cora: Rewind presentation featuring Shannon Hummel/Cora Dance's Common Dances. Originally created in 2015 through performances across 37 locations in Red Hook, Common Dances returns as part of Cora's anniversary season, honoring the company's enduring commitment to transforming everyday spaces into stages and bringing communities together through dance.
