Stone Soup Festival – Event #5 (Location TBA) Sunday, December 13 | 11:00 AM–12:30 PM: Community Yoga with Nikki Assanti Begin your Sunday with an all-levels community yoga class led by Nikki Assanti, Director of Cora Dance Brooklyn, longtime yoga instructor, and leader of Cora's Dance & Yoga program at the Red Hook Older Adult Center. Known for creating welcoming, inclusive spaces that foster connection across generations and identities, Assanti brings years of experience leading community-centered, interdisciplinary projects that blend movement, mindfulness, and creative expression. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this restorative class invites participants to slow down, reconnect, and experience the spirit of community at the heart of the Stone Soup Festival.
