Sketch Little Havana with a Muralist

Colorful murals, historic architecture and neighborhood landmarks become subjects for a guided sketch walk led by Miami artist Ashley Gutierrez. The one-hour experience takes place every Tuesday through December 29, beginning at El Jardin Inn in Little Havana. Gutierrez, a muralist, fine artist and curator, shares background on the artworks, cultural influences and local history encountered along the route. Participants will pause to sketch selected details while exploring how close observation can deepen their connection to the neighborhood. The small-group program is open to all skill levels and includes art supplies and one complimentary welcome drink. Advance reservations are recommended.
