Mastering Meditation

Introductory Meditation Series offered by the Sri Chinmoy Centre. Topics include: concentration, relaxation and breathing techniques; exploring a meditative lifestyle; self-awareness through meditation. The event is offered free of charge by the Sri Chinmoy Centre. She has studied meditation under the guidance of spiritual teacher Sri Chinmoy for over 40 years. The classes are offered free of charge as a community service.
