Come have fun, try new things and make fun projects! We will experiment with new skills and materials, hear some stories and use our imaginations! Art Club for grades 1, 2 & 3 or age equivalent. (Kindergarten students can join on Thursdays in January – see the bottom of the page) We will meet Wednesdays from 3:15 – 4:15. Epping Elementary students will be picked up and walked down from school by CCS Staff. Non-walker information below. Parents are asked to come into the Art Center to pick up their child at 4:15. Our parking lot entrance is on Prospect St. Students who attend Epping Rec can be walked to Rec after Art Club for a $2.00/ week fee. Please email Vandy CreativeCommunitySpace@gmail.com to set up Rec Program drop off Register for a 4 week “Session” or a full “Semester” and receive a semester discount. If you are registering by session, you must renew your registration monthly by emailing Vandy at CreativeCommunitySpace@gmail.com or speaking to her directly on or before the 2nd day of the current session. Epping students will be picked up at school and walked down to the Arts Center by the Creative Community Space group leader. Students should bring a snack to eat before we begin Art Club activities. Homeschooled students or students coming from other school districts should arrive at Creative Community Space by 3:40 (and eat a snack before they come) You will find the registration form at the link below. Upon receiving your registration & payment for an Epping Elementary Student, we will email you a “Walkers’ Release” before your first session that will allow us to pick your child up at school. *Please note: We follow the SAU 14 school calendar. Registration Deadline: ADVANCED REGISTRATION FOR FALL IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. Please invite your child/youth’s friend to join Art Club. Cancellation Policy: Advanced registration can be refunded in full by August 28th for the 1st Art Club session of the year. Credit is given for a future activity or art club if cancellation is on or after Aug. 28th. No refunds after the 4-week session has begun. If a refund is requested for a half-year registration, the refund will be prorated as if you had registered session to session up until the refund date. Registration deadlines for each session follow the above protocol. The deadline is 2 weeks before a session begins. Always feel free to email us and ask if there is space if the deadline has passed. There will be 1 make-up day offered/semester for Art Club days that may have been missed due to snow/school cancellation or teacher illness. Meeting space: Art Club will meet in the indoor Gathering Space. During classes and Open Art at Creative Community Space masks are optional.
