Plein Air Watercolor Experience at The Narrows

Nature, Mindfulness, and Creative Exploration Slow down, connect with nature, and explore watercolor during a guided outdoor painting experience at The Narrows in First Landing State Park. Instructor: Monica Turley, Artist, Educator, and Co-Founder of The Creative Well Arts Foundation Date: Sunday, November 8, 2026 Time: 4:30–6:30 p.m. Location: The Narrows at First Landing State Park Ages: 18+ Registration: $35 fully supplied or $10 when you bring your own supplies The gathering will begin with a short walk, followed by a reflective reading and journal prompt to help participants slow down and connect with their surroundings. Participants will then settle in for a guided outdoor watercolor painting session. Designed for all experience levels, this experience encourages participants to observe the natural world, explore watercolor, and reconnect with creativity in a welcoming community environment. No prior painting experience is necessary.
