I release and forever discharge CAC and their officers, agents, representatives, employees from any and all responsibility and liability claims that might result from the display of my artwork. • CAC will take reasonable precautions in handling, installation and display of my artwork. • The Committee shall decide on the suitability of any artwork based on its content, its framing or support structure, and any visual or written material that might accompany a piece of artwork. • CAC maintains the option to decline artwork if content or structure is unsuitable.
