Writers Circle: Newbies

**Registration opens on Tuesday, Sept. 1 at 9am!** Looking for a group where you can share and workshop the fiction, personal narratives, or memoir you've been writing? Try the Writers Circle, a weekly writing group at the Croton Free Library! This fall, we're running two groups: Tuesdays, beginning Sept. 29: A circle for NEW attendees who've never participated in one of our Writers Circle groups before. Sign up here, beginning Tuesday, Sept. 1 at 9am. Fridays, beginning Sept. 25: A circle for attendees who've already participated and would like to do it again. Sign up here. Led by local writer and writing instructor Meredith Phillips, this program provides structure and community around a writing practice, and gives writers a chance to share their work and have it discussed and constructively critiqued. Writers will submit works before each meeting, according to a schedule created before class begins. All skill levels welcome! This program is intended for adults. Regular attendance is expected to encourage productive participation.
