Historian Bill Merchant is once again featured on the Hudson River Maritime Museum’s solar powered boat, Solaris. On the first Sundays of the months of June through October, he guides participants in a conversation about the many remains of the Rondout’s history that can be seen along the waterfront, as Solaris sails from the Maritime Museum to the Eddyville Dam and back.
