Meditation at the Daum Series

Meditation at the Daum Series! Give yourself permission to slow down and enjoy a moment of peace at the Daum Museum! Join Registered Yoga Teacher Audrey Connor (RYT 500) for a soothing series of Yoga Nidra sessions, a guided meditation practice often described as “yogic sleep.” Through gentle guidance and personal awareness, you’ll have the opportunity to calm your mind, relax your body, and reconnect with yourself. No previous yoga experience is required! What to expect: • A peaceful 40–45-minute guided meditation. • Comfortable, restful positions: sitting or lying down. • Gentle stretching to relax and awaken after the meditation. This is not a movement class and is designed for adults of all experience levels. Meditation Series Dates: September 29 | 4:00–5:00 p.m. October 14 | 4:00–5:00 p.m. November 17 | 4:00–5:00 p.m. December 15 | 4:00–5:00 p.m. Location: Lower Level, Daum Museum of Contemporary Art Admission: Free! Donations are gratefully accepted. What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat or blanket, and an additional blanket or pillow for support.
