Join us for an Artisan Spotlight workshop with Erin of People’s Probiotics, exploring the craft and history of vegetable fermentation. In this hands-on session, participants will learn foundational fermentation techniques while creating a jar of probiotic-rich fermented vegetables to take home. Designed for beginners and curious cooks alike, the workshop offers a relaxed, interactive environment with guided instruction, tasting, and time for questions—no prior experience required. Your ticket includes all ingredients and materials, refreshments, expert instruction, and one finished jar. Additional jars may be made for $6 each (bring your own jar). Please bring a sharp knife; all other supplies provided. Space is limited—advance registration required. Purchase Tickets Here
