About this event
@ Dress up as your favorite paleontologist, or gear up with your very own field outfit and notes provided by us! In this interactive program, children learn what a paleontologist is, what they wear, and what tools they use in the field. Get ready to explore a mini hands-on dig site created just for junior paleontologists, where participants uncover fossils and bones and document their finds just like real scientists. Enjoy immersive STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) activities, and take a break at our relaxing “field station” after your big dig. Designed for children ages 3 and up. Please dress for the weather as the program will be held outdoors! Participants are welcome to enjoy the museum after the program for the remainder of the day as your tickets include general admission for the day. Rain date is Sunday, September 13, 2026. DelMNS Members: $15/Child (Age 3-17), $10/Toddler (Age 1-2), free for Infants under 1 year, free for up to TWO accompanying member… View Source
