Sound Bath in Nature

We will contact current registrants about the rescheduled date. Have you ever tried meditating but found it difficult to focus on letting your mind go blank? Then this session is for you! Learn how to de-stress and calm the senses with the soothing sounds of nature…all you need is a yoga mat or towel. This event is held in the Community Room, in one of the galleries, or outside (depending on weather and number of attendees) at the museum. A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations from singing bowls. Program is led by Sara Schwartz, LSW, Founder and Sound Healing Practitioner, Undercurrent Sound Healing.
