Before Asheville, owner Mat cooked in Austin, where he picked up a deep respect for low-and-slow brisket and a love for bright, fresh food creating the ultimate balanced meal. Rattle Creek’s menu includes BBQ plates, sandwiches, and tacos, featuring brisket, spare ribs, and pulled pork, plus sides like guajillo crunch slaw, elote corn salad, and queso mac & cheese.
