The Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances proposes to amend the Boiler Safety Regulations For Boilers, Pressure Vessels, and Nuclear (7 DE Admin. Code 1353). The proposed amendments would update reference standards and fees and would incorporate requirements in accordance with recently passed legislation. They would also improve clarity throughout the regulation. This regulatory amendment process started with DNREC Start Action Notice 2024-07.
