November’s Lessons in Libations features Bardstown Bourbon Company, poured across four expressions from their Kentucky straight lineup. Guided by Bar Manager & Sommelier Edward Parshall, you’ll taste a High Wheat bourbon, a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, a Bottled in Bond, and an Origin Series rye finished in toasted cherry wood and oak, learning how mash bill, proof, and barrel finish shape each one.
