Join the Durham Chess Club for a relaxed, welcoming weekly chess night at Durham Food Hall. Whether you’re brand new and learning the moves or you’ve been playing for years, you’ll find friendly games, new opponents, and a low-pressure space to improve. Come solo or bring a friend—drop in anytime during the event window. When: Weekly, 5:45 PM–8:00 PM Where: Durham Food Hall Expect casual match play, quick games, and plenty of conversation. All ages and skill levels are welcome; we’ll help pair you up for games. Grab food or a drink from the hall and settle in for a great midweek community hang.
