Tribute to Angela Winbush, Alicia Keys & Toni Braxton @ Keystone Korner

One of the most talented singers, songwriters and producers of the 80s and 90s, Angela Winbush rose to fame first in the 1980s R&B duo René & Angela, also scoring hits as a solo artist. Winbush has sold over 10 million albums and singles worldwide, and became a much sought-after writer/producer, working most notably with Lalah Hathaway and Klymaxx and successfully revamping the sound of the legendary Isley Brothers. Alicia Keys is a 15-time GRAMMY® Award-winning singer, songwriter, musician, producer, accomplished actress, New York Times best-selling author, film/television and Broadway producer, entrepreneur, and a powerful force in the world of activism. Since the release of her monumental 2001 debut album, SONGS IN A MINOR, Keys has sold over 65 million records and built an unparalleled repertoire of hits and accomplishments. Blending fire and finesse, Toni Braxton has wielded broad appeal throughout a career studded with Top Ten pop and R&B/hip-hop hits, multi-platinum certifications, and major award recognition. Soulful enough for R&B audiences yet smooth enough for adult contemporary play lists, Braxton made her solo debut at full power during the early ’90s. Her first two albums, Toni Braxton (1993) and Secrets (1996), both went platinum eight times over, accompanied by a string of hit singles that included “Un-break My Heart.” Tickets HERE
