Saturday, September 12 • AdAmAn Alley Get Tickets Join us for an unforgettable evening in AdAmAn Alley, celebrating the Downtown Creative District and the transformative role art plays in our city. Enjoy a five course culinary experience crafted by Downtown’s finest chefs, immersive artwork, live music, dancing, and plenty of creative surprises throughout the evening. Cocktails & Hors d’oeuvres 5 p.m. – Red carpet arrival, cocktail hour Collaborative Five-course Dinner 6 p.m. – Long table chef dinner with wine pairings Dance Party 8:30 p.m. – Dance next to the magical mural projection Proceeds from the event support the work of the Downtown Creative District, including Art on the Streets, creative placemaking initiatives like AdAmAn Alley, cultural programming like the Summer Music Series, and more. Meet the Chefs Red Gravy • Chef Eric Brenner Brenner’s culinary pursuit began at an early age working in restaurants in St. Louis’ famous Italian neighborhood, The Hill. He holds many accolades including features in St. Louis Magazine, Bon Appetit, “Chef of the Year” in Sauce Magazine and has been nationally recognized for his win in the Food Network’s 2014 season of Guy’s Grocery Games. Brenner opened Red Gravy in January 2016 as the Owner and Executive Chef, locally sourcing ingredients and providing excellent customer service in Downtown Colorado Springs. Colorado Craft Tejon Street Social • Chef Mario Vasquez Born and raised in Vacaville, CA, Mario’s culinary influence is rooted in his very young memories of family gatherings. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Sacramento, Mario began his culinary career in Napa, starting as a line cook and rising quickly through the ranks to Sous and Executive chef status. Chef Mario opened Colorado Craft Tejon Street Social in 2017 and continues to polish his cuisine and define his identity in the Downtown culinary scene. Ephemera • Chef Ian Dedrickson Chef Ian Dedrickson is a life-long Springs native who began his culinary career at 15 in Manitou Springs. Since, he has worked for several chefs including as Sous Chef for Chef Brother Luck. In 2018, Dedrickson started a series of art and concept driven pop-up dinners along with Creative Director Jasmine Dillavou under the name Ephemera. In the fall of 2020, Dedrickson and Co. opened their Brick-and-Mortar location at CO.A.T.I. in downtown Colorado Springs where he and his team continue to provide culinary, wine, and art experiences.
