Margaret T. Hance Park - East 1202 N 3rd St Phoenix Festival of the Arts celebrates 15 years of bringing art, culture, creativity, and community together in the heart of downtown Phoenix! Join us on Saturday, December 12, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., as Phoenix Center for the Arts presents a special one-day Quinceañera Celebration honoring fifteen years of supporting local artists, connecting communities, and making the arts accessible to all. Inspired by the spirit of a quinceañera—a celebration of growth, tradition, and new beginnings—this milestone Festival marks an exciting new chapter for one of the Valley's most beloved arts events. The Festival will transform the Phoenix Center for the Arts Downtown Campus and surrounding grounds into a vibrant destination filled with visual arts, live entertainment, food, culture, creativity, and community connection. Free admission.
