Beers & Blunders brings free weekly chess meetups to Drake’s Dealership every Monday evening, pairing rapid-fire games with good food, cold beer, and plenty of friendly competition. Hosted in partnership with ChessBar, this welcoming chess meetup is free to play and open to all skill levels, making it easy to jump in for a few games, meet fellow players, and sharpen your skills along the way. Games are managed through the app, with pairings, scores, and rankings tracked throughout the season as players compete for points, a shot at becoming Drake’s ChessBar Champion, and a spot in city-wide tournaments.
