Discover the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean in this hands-on cooking class as you create a spectacular mezze platter entirely from scratch. You’ll learn the secrets to making silky, restaurant-quality hummus, perfectly seasoned fresh herb falafel served with a creamy cucumber yogurt sauce and warm pita bread, and the art of rolling classic dolmas (stuffed grape leaves). Along the way, you’ll gain essential techniques, tips, and flavor-building skills that will help you recreate these impressive dishes at home. Perfect for both beginners and experienced cooks, this class is a delicious journey into the heart of Mediterranean cuisine. No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). Please arrive 15 min early to check in and settle in. Outside drinks are not allowed.
